Reno Omokri attacks Buhari over recession and corruption war
Former aide to Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan and Founder, Mind of Christ Christian Center, Reno Omokri has lashed out at President Muhammadu Buhari regarding the recession and his shielding of unqualified ministers within his cabinet.
Omokri took to his Facebook account to speak about the Nigerian recession and how the current minister of finance is unfit to lead the nation out of its economic crisis.
The critic went on to speak about how President Buhari’s silence and shielding of the minister for transport, Rotimi Amaechi, is a blow to the administration’s claims on the fight against corruption.
In a Facebook post share on Sunday, October 23, Omokri said: “Somebody asked me to define recession.
This is my definition: When you replace an Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala who has a PhD in regional economics and development from the Massachussets Institute of Technology as her highest educational qualification with Kemi Adeosun who has a a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of East London as her highest educational qualification, the result you get is recession.”
